Announcements are publicly posted and “live” in the forum. The quickmail can be for more targeted audiences (individuals and groups)

Give verbal instructions

• Create a short video and upload it to AsULearn

• AppState has Panopto available for this purpose

• You can also utilize free tools like Screencast-O-Matic

Hold open office hours

• Publicize the hours and meet with students in Zoom

• Consistently use your personal meeting room to avoid confusion

Have individual appointments with students

• Hold these appointments in Zoom

• Make Zoom appointments available to students directly from your Google Calendar
